Dr. Govind Prasad Pandey “Prem” is the ‘Founder (Life
Member) and Founder President’ of “Premdeep Foundation” (formerly “Premdeep”). Prof.
(Dr.) Govind Pandey, a superannuated “Government Officer / Professor / Registrar”, holds
about ‘20 Degrees / Diplomas / Certificates / Honorary Fellowships’, viz. BVSc & AH, MVSc
& AH, PhD Hon., LLB, LLM, MBA, MA (Soc.), MA (Hin.), MA (Eng.), MA (Pol. Sci.),
Acharya (Jyo.), DPA & LSG, PGDCA, DNHE, AvR, SR, PGPHT, AIT, FASAW, FSLSc and
FISCA. Dr. Govind Pandey “Prem” having more than 45 years of experience in various fields,
is a man enriched with multifarious personality, and is a renowned academician, veterinarian,
scientist, Hindi literalist and an eloquent speaker endowed with strong writing flair. He has
served as “Registrar and Professor / Principal Scientist” in the Nanaji Deshmukh Veterinary
Science University (Govt. of M.P.), Jabalpur. He is the recipient of more than ‘35 Awards /
Honours / Medals / Fellowships’ in education, science, research, administration, social work,
and literary and cultural activities. He has authored about ‘20 Books’, and published over ‘275
Research Papers’. He has presented over 70 research papers in about 80 national and
international conferences / seminars. Besides the “Founder / Founder President / Executive
Member of Premdeep”, Dr. Govind Pandey “Prem” is / has been actively associated as the
“Life Member / Office Bearer” of about 40 scientific, educational, literary, cultural and social
Organisations / Associations / Societies / Companies / Journals. Recently, he has been
registered as an “Advocate” in the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur.
Dr. Amritanshu Pandey
Dr. Amritanshu Pandey possesses many Degrees / Diplomas, viz. ‘BSc,
LLB, MA (Pub. Adm.), PGDCA, PGDRD (Rural Dev.) and PhD (Pol. Sci.)’. He has more than
10 years of experience as “Social Activist”. Amritanshu Pandey has been honoured with many
‘Awards / Honours / Recognitions’ in various fields, including “Certificate of Felicitation” in
Bharatiya Sanskriti Gyan Pariksha; “Vigyan Club Consolation Prize” of Naveen Vidya
Bhavan, Jabalpur; and “Best Research Paper Award” and “International Best Researcher Paper
Award” on the ‘Public Policy and NITI Aayog’. He has published about ‘10 Research Papers’
and presented several research papers in many national and international conferences /
